PPDM is managing the feasibility, design and town planning applications for various clients in the Fishermans Bend precinct. In total, we have planning applications approved for four and lodged for six mixed use towers, comprising 3,200 apartments and 17,000m2 of commercial and retail space. Applications are likely to be determined during 2015.
